Gary Deslauriers Gary Deslauriers is a native of Woonsocket, RI. He now resides in North Smithfield where he lives with his wife and two sons. Gary attended Bradford College and Rhode Island College where he earned his MA in Art Education. He presently works as an elementary school art teacher and moonlights out of his studio. His work consists of traditional paintings and works that combine both digital and traditional art. His latest works embeds archetypical symbols and fragments of image in multiple layers of textures and meaning.
